In today’s issue of the International Herald Tribune is an article on a new Italian code for corporate governance. The article discusses the importance of the web. The H&H survey Webranking is mentioned as benchmark for Italian corporate websites.
Excerpt from the article:
“Italian companies also have embraced the Internet as a tool for shareholders to judge the companies they invest in, by disclosing results, corporate structures and other information on company Web sites.
