H&H has released this year’s Spotlight report on CSR. The reports includes results, trends and best practices of how different companies in different countries and industries communicate CSR in Europe.
The report is an development of the CSR section of H&H Webranking Survey, Europe's leading survey of corporate websites, and demonstrates how common it is for companies in different countries and industries to communicate CSR on corporate websites through a separate section. The report also describes the most common concepts within the area.
The criteria of the report is based on what is sought after by the capital market, and following each criterion challenges and solutions are given to how a company can better meet the demands of the capital market. A number of best practice examples demonstrate shortcuts and also give inspiration to how a company can communicate CSR better on the web. In addition to this the report describes the development of CSR and gives good arguments to why a company should communicate and work with CSR.
