KWD Webranking (previously H&H Webranking) publishes the results for Europe 500 - ranking of the 500 largest European companies' digital communication.
Telecom Italia is the best corporate website according to KWD Webranking 2011 with a total of 87 points. In second place we have yet another Italian - Eni with 87 points.

All in all the survey finds that a lot of the leading European companies fall short of the needs of the capital market by lacking crucial IR content like information about financial targets and achievements or market shares. The more worrying as this is the kind of information financial markets are looking for in these troubled times.
